Refund policy
If an item just isn't right for you (it happens, we know!), you can return it.
Simply reach out to the store via the "contact us" tab or e-mail shop@tijori.com within 3 days of receiving the item and we will provide you with instructions for sending back along with a prepaid return label. Item(s) must be sent back within 7 days, with tracking, and received in their original condition in order for a refund to be processed.
All orders are subject to a 20% fee for refunds, or 10% fee for store credit. For items under $60, the fee is a minimum of the total shipping costs.
Items on sale are not eligible for returns. Please allow 3 days from receipt of item for a refund to be processed.
Due to the nature of pre-loved vintage items, all merchandise is sold as-found. Please review measurements, photos and condition report before purchasing. And feel free to ask us questions about fit/fabric/measurements/etc!
If there is a major discrepancy or an overlooked (major) flaw, the restocking fee will be waived entirely and return shipping will also be covered. This is subject to our discretion and does not include average wear and tear of an item.
We go the extra mile to provide accurate measurements, fabric descriptions, condition reports and high quality photos to help you "see" the product as much as possible before purchasing. Please note that small flaws are common for vintage items, as they've been around for so long and are pre-loved. This often adds to their character!
